Fintech Payments Counsel - Regulatory Strategy
Brex
Brex is seeking an experienced legal professional to join its Legal team in New York City. You’ll help build and scale Brex’s bill pay and payments products, advising on money transmission, compliance, and regulatory strategy from ideation to launch. You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and partnerships to craft customer-facing terms, disclosures, and licensing requirements while navigating a fast-paced fintech environment.
