Occupational Therapist

Seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to deliver personalized, one-on-one care to older adults in private homes and senior living communities. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing care plans, providing evidence-based treatments, and supporting patient independence, mobility, and wellness. Documentation within EMR systems and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams are essential.
