Driver Schedule

• Monday through Saturday - ( Potential for flexible 5-day or 4-day work weeks based on business needs)
• Drivers typically dispatch between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM, depending on the route and schedule, until all deliveries are completed.

Main Responsibilities of the Role

• Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while adhering to scheduled delivery times
• Carefully unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, placing them in designated storage areas
• Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and secure necessary signatures
• Manage collections and payments from customers when required
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance the client experience
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing between 20 to 80+ lbs. repeatedly throughout each shift
• Comfortable driving and working in adverse weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift)

What You Bring

• Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Possession of a valid CDL Class A issued by your state of residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
• A minimum of six months of commercial driving experience (in any industry) OR three months of experience in food and/or beverage delivery is required
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, including understanding traffic signs, responding to inquiries, and completing reports

Compensation is based on relevant experience, education, specific skills, job function, geographic location, and other applicable factors. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $31.19 to $36.71 per hour, with overtime compensation available.

Registration with the FMCSA Clearinghouse is mandated by the Department of Transportation. All drivers must register on the Clearinghouse website. This secure online database provides real-time information regarding drug and alcohol program violations for commercial driver’s license (CDL) and commercial learner’s permit (CLP) holders.
