Non-Negotiables

• You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
• A minimum of five years of maintenance or reliability engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is required
• You need proven expertise in mechanical equipment such as compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, and piping systems
• You can interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) and machinery drawings accurately
• Strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills are essential
• You are a self-starter who can multitask effectively and achieve results with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel domestically 20-25% of the time and be accessible during off-hours is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Take ownership as one of two Reliability Engineers managing Air Separation, CO2, and Hydrogen facilities in the North Region
• Partner with reliability and operations teams to pinpoint and resolve long-term asset risks and reliability threats
• Analyze data from multiple sources to propose and justify lifecycle cost improvements and reliability enhancements
• Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations for major failures to prevent recurrence
• Assist in engineering, design, specification, and execution of capital projects to boost reliability and operability
• Update and maintain Standard Maintenance Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
• Develop and support Reliability Assessments for critical equipment and facilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with regulatory and industrial standards and codes gives you an edge
• Experience in machinery installation, commissioning, and process optimization is highly valued
• Holding a CMRP or CRE certification demonstrates advanced reliability expertise
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a strong plus
• Knowledge of reliability strategies like RCM, TPM, and FMEA improves your candidacy
• Experience in spare parts management and planning/scheduling optimization is desired
