This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guest experience for Global Web and App channels, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Operations. This role is specifically for the Ranking, Intelligence, Search & Elevation team (RISE).core responsibilitiesResponsible for understanding how the Search and Elevation products align with the overall business /company strategy, what guest / business problems need to be solved and what inputs are required.Responsible for creating and owning the product vision, strategy and roadmap for new features for one or more mid-scale and mid complexity productsDocument high-level requirements, acceptance criteria and KPI’s that push the product strategy forward and achieve key objectivesAttend, participate and lead agile ceremonies and demonstrate completed features to stakeholders one or more mid-scale and mid complexity productsMake data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting and emerging trendsMeasure and report out on the success of features and enhancements that are delivered for one or more mid-scale and mid complexity productsCollaborate with developers and business analysts to iterate solutions to find the perfect balance of customer & business value and level of effortDefines sizes features and participates in sizing sessionsEnsure a continuous cycle of feedback from stakeholders and guests is integrated in the product planning and development process through backlog grooming, refinement and prioritization activitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand requirements and account for them in solution design and prioritizationPartner with the technology team on training and rollout of new features to business usersIdentifies and leads change management activities to support rollout to impacted stakeholdersqualifications5+ years of digital product management experience with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing applications or customer service applications. Up to 3 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of product management experience.Minimum BA / BS degree from a four-year accredited university (advanced degree preferred)Experience with digital technologies, e-commerce, and mobile applicationsPreference for candidates who have experience working on products with end users outside North America.Preference for familiarity with Search Engine and Recommender platforms.Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated experience in developing and delivering executive level presentationsAbility to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environmentsHas a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedbackDesire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environmentDemonstrated leadership; mentorship, visionary, clarity of purpose, motivated, relentless executionExperience leading product teams with diverse range of skill sets, locations and direct and in-direct reporting relationshipsmust havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results. The typical hiring range for this position is from $132,600 - $174,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
