Client Manager - Healthcare Policy

As a Client Manager, you will lead a team of up to ten analysts, data architects, and software developers, independently guiding and mentoring them. You will also spearhead the translation of analytics into actionable and targeted business solutions for our clients. What You’ll Do: Translate and communicate policy and logic for reimbursement programs, managing analysis of over $10 billion in healthcare expenditures. Lead the design, development, and implementation of analyses, applications, and data processing pipelines for program administration. Manage operational priorities and deliverables with a cross-functional team within a fast-paced and versatile environment. Ensure accuracy and relevance of analysis and development deliverables. What You’ll Bring: Minimum of ten years of relevant experience in the healthcare domain. Bachelor’s or higher degree in public health, business, or other quantitative fields such as business analytics or computer science. Experience in managing data and developing analyses in healthcare. Experience in leading a team. Knowledge of healthcare policy, alternative payment models, and value-based reimbursement. Knowledge of Maryland-specific payment models preferred.
