Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Provide information about menu items and specials to enhance guest experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area.
• Assist in training new staff members on hosting procedures.
• Support promotional events and special occasions as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hosting or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.
• Hospitality training is a bonus.
