Provides day‑to‑day guidance to team members by answering questions, demonstrating standard processes, troubleshooting operational issues, and providing direction, input, and feedback to associates while supporting the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager. Coordinates and executes daily warehouse activities to ensure workflow efficiency, productivity, and adherence to operational priorities. Responsibilities: Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse operations. Ensure compliance with all safety policies, guidelines, and regulations. Complete daily shift safety inspections. Maintain equipment logs and ensure equipment is properly safeguarded. Identify, address, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cycle time. Lead productivity and continuous improvement initiatives. Prioritize workload, manage time effectively, and organize daily operations. Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals while promoting a positive work environment. Schedule, train, coach, and evaluate employees while setting clear performance expectations. Manage picking ticket distribution according to established procedures. Oversee order accuracy and coordinate workflow between the warehouse and production departments. Monitor and enforce cycle count procedures and inventory accuracy. Prepare and maintain inventory documentation to support audits and investigations. Send end‑of‑shift communication summarizing operational updates and key highlights. Manage special requests and ensure timely follow‑up. Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other logistics software. Provide desk clerk coverage as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following 5S standards. Perform all other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. At least 18 years of age. Dependable and self‑motivated, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities to support team success. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflict and foster a positive, team‑oriented work environment. High level of initiative, sound decision‑making skills, and a strong sense of urgency. Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to achieving results. Minimum of 3 years of logistics, warehouse, or shipping experience. Minimum of 3 years of leadership or team‑lead experience. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook. Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and shipping platforms. Experience with both domestic and international shipping operations. Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred, if applicable). Flexibility to work weekends and adjust schedules based on business needs. Commitment to upholding safety practices in a safety‑sensitive environment.
