Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities: Greet and check-in/out patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork Assist with rescheduling patients as needed due to schedule changes Cross-train with surgery scheduling and switchboard operations Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Front Desk Receptionist Qualifications: Previous front office or medical office experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour Competitive wages and incentives for earned certifications.
