About the Role

The Company is in search of a seasoned CEO to spearhead the global scaling of a SaaS business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's strategy, operations, and product direction, with a strong focus on profitability. This role also involves leading M&A initiatives and building a high-performing leadership team. Key requirements for the position include a minimum of 20 years' experience in a senior executive role with full P&L ownership, a proven track record in scaling global SaaS or enterprise software companies, and recent hands-on experience in M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software or SaaS, particularly within the marketing technology sector, and a history of serving Fortune 500 or Global 2000 customers. The CEO will be expected to demonstrate success in building and leading executive teams across various functions, including sales, marketing, product, engineering, customer success, finance, and operations. Strong financial leadership skills, including expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, are essential. Experience in partnering with Boards of Directors and driving shareholder value is also a key requirement. The role demands a strategic leader with the ability to navigate the challenges of a rapidly growing global SaaS business and to ensure its continued success in the market. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA.
