The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This role requires hands-on assembly skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with tools and small to medium-sized components in a manufacturing environment.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical parts and sub-assemblies using hand tools and fixtures
- Read and follow assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials
- Perform alignment, fitting, fastening, and basic adjustments of components
- Inspect assembled parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Identify, document, and report assembly issues or defects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support production schedules and meet quality and productivity requirements
- Basic mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and instructions
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic measuring instruments
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Experience with electromechanical or precision assemblies
- Cleanroom or controlled-environment experience
- Basic computer skills for documentation or work tracking
