BlueSprig has a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) job opening in Macon, Georgia. As our BCBA, you'll lead a team of behavior technicians, build individualized intervention plans, and work with families and physicians to deliver tailored ABA therapy.

Total annual compensation: $87,000 - $103,000

• Annual salary: $80,000 - $85,000
• Annual individual bonus: $7,000 $18,000 (paid monthly)
• Sign on bonus: $5,000$20,000 (depending on start date and location)
