We’re looking for a positive, goal-driven, sales-minded professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: Prospect, qualify, and match physicians with opportunities across hospital systems and private practices Build and manage strong candidate pipelines Assess candidate skills and experience based on client needs Source candidates through online platforms, social media, job boards, and internal tools Travel as needed What You Bring: Minimum 2 years of sales or healthcare recruiting experience High comfort level making calls and overcoming resistance A driven, positive attitude and team-first mindset Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401(k) with company match Annual incentive trips (President’s Club!)
