Registered Nurse (RN) – Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center Operating Room Charlotte, NC, United States Job Summary Full‑time full‑time position in the heart of Charlotte’s leading Level 1 Trauma and Transplant Center. The RN will provide nursing care in the operating room for a wide range of surgical cases, ensuring safe, evidence‑based, patient‑centered care throughout the surgical process. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and skilled communication to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Previous operating room experience strongly preferred. Work Schedule First shift 7a‑7p – 36 hours per week. Sign‑on bonus eligible based on eligibility criteria.
