Lighthouse Medical Staffing is hiring an experienced Case Manager - Hospice Montrose, CO for a travel assignment in Grand Junction, CO.

Assignment Details

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care within your specialty

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility protocols
  • Adapt quickly to new environments and workflows
Requirements
  • Active license in the state of assignment or compact license, if applicable
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience in specialty
  • Required certifications as applicable
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
