About the role:As an Associate Project Manager, you will lead new product development and other impactful projects on the Endoscopy Project Management team. You will collaborate cross-functionally, cross-divisionally, and internationally to drive strategic projects that are critical to business growth and continuity. You will join a team of passionate individuals striving to improve patient care. The projects will vary in size and scope but may include leading new product development, supporting business process improvements, as well as driving strategic and transformational changes that are needed at BSC. These projects often have a high level of visibility throughout the organization. This role interfaces with key cross-functional groups including research and development, marketing, clinical, medical safety, design quality, regulatory affairs, process development and operations to execute product development. You are a self-motivated individual with demonstrated leadership skills. You will be responsible for leading diverse, cross-functional team(s) to evaluate, design, build, and implement solutions to support the project goals. You will engage with various stakeholders and work collaboratively across functions, regions, and business units to develop the individual project strategies and secure necessary resources to deliver project results. Your success in this role requires creating a cohesive strategy for project execution, an effective project team culture, and driving execution to ensure project completion. Your Responsibilities:Effectively lead project teams ensuring good cross-functional communications and alignment to ensure timely completion of the project or taskPartner and collaborate with a variety of functions, regions, and business resources to achieve project objectivesGenerate and implement project plans, communications, and schedules to assist with task prioritization and workload adjustments to maximize team potentialManage project challenges including scope impact assessments and recommended solutions Build team ownership and commitment to project plan and identify, manage, and communicate project risksInteract with senior personnel on complex matters requiring coordination between organizationsPrepare and deliver project status updates to managementDocument risk mitigation plans, decision logs, meeting minutes, project metrics, and other key communicationsEnsure current BSC policies and practices are followed Identify resources required for project activities, develop project budgets, resource allocations and timelinesJob Requirements:Basic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering or Business 3-5 years of relevant experienceProject management experience leading cross functional teams and managing project scope, schedule, and budgetStrong cross-functional communication, organization, influencing and problem-solving skillsResults-oriented and focused on delivering timely, accurate and premium executionComfortable communicating/presenting in front of all levels of the organizationProficiency in MS Office applicationsOnsite or Hybrid preferred.
