Job Description Assistant Project Manager We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join our team in NYC. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and implementing project timelines
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all team members are on track
- Track project progress and report updates to the Project Manager
- Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up to date
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any project issues or changes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in project management or a similar role
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in project management software
