Maintenance Mechanic

Schedule: Day shift or 12 hour rotating (Must be available for either schedule and overtime as needed) Financial Benefits: Profit Sharing Plan, Retirement Plan with company matching, Stock Options & Annual flexible reimbursement program Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people) Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility inAshland, as the Maintenance Mechanic : Operate on basic precision manual machine tools such as; Vertical Milling Machine, Engine Lathe, Hydraulic Press, Key Broach Operate hoisting and lifting devices, such as cranes, jacks and tractors, to position machinery and parts during the installation, set-up and repair of machinery Experience with precision measuring tools Disassemble, repair, and reassemble industrial components Follow the precision guidelines and standards to install and replace various styles of bearings, bushings, and slides. Pump repair and rebuilds with precision alignments Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation by using hand and power tools and welding equipment Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions There's nobody quite like you! Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths: Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic. Ability to understand and work efficiently with maintenance parts software. Able to maintain consistent attendance, positive attitude, and initiative. Team-oriented, with a strong desire to support and mentor junior mechanics or apprentices in developing their technical skills. We look forward to meeting you!
