This role is essential in maintaining efficiency and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesFile Management: Collect, review, and verify loan documentation.Coordination: Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, and underwriters.Compliance: Ensure all files meet regulatory and internal requirements.Process Support: Track loan progress and follow up on outstanding items.QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years in loan processing or mortgage operations.SkillsStrong organizational and time-management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Familiarity with loan systems and documentation.AttributesReliable and efficient.Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.Compensation $55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience
