Technical Program Manager, AI Learning Systems & Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical programs, roadmaps, milestones, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Manage and improve global learning programs, qualification frameworks, training content, and learning systems.
• Design and deploy AI-powered solutions, including agentic workflows, intelligent assistants, adaptive learning, and content recommendation tools.
• Develop software applications, APIs, integrations, automation frameworks, and data pipelines.
• Leverage generative AI and cloud technologies to streamline content creation, knowledge discovery, and operational workflows.
• Build dashboards and analytics solutions to measure training effectiveness and workforce readiness.
• Troubleshoot system issues and drive continuous improvement, scalability, security, and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Software Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical programs from planning through implementation.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, workflow automation, and orchestration.
• Experience developing or deploying AI/ML, LLM-based applications, or generative AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
