Job Description:

Physical Therapist needed for a 26-week contract in an outpatient and swing bed setting with a significant pediatric population at this facility. The candidate must have experience in Pediatrics, Outpatient, and Swing bed as listed on their work history at submission.

Responsibilities:

• Administer physical therapy treatments to patients in outpatient and swing bed settings.
• Evaluate patient's progress and provide feedback to appropriate parties, including staff if weekend swing bed evaluations are necessary.

Requirements:

• AHA BLS certification
• Active AR license and NPI number
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, with preference for candidates with 5+ years if they are new travelers
