We are seeking an Admin Project Manager to support project execution, stakeholder coordination, and program tracking within a high-velocity aerospace environment. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment across teams, monitoring project performance, and supporting the delivery of strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define project requirements, identify interdependencies, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. • Track program progress and performance, providing regular reports to leadership. • Develop internal and external communications and support change management activities. • Participate in leadership meetings to address organizational barriers and recommend efficient decision-making. • Ensure timely delivery of strategic business goals in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Requirements
