Talent Acquisition & HR CoordinatorWestchester - Tarrytown, NY 10591OverviewSalary Range $24.00 - $26.00 Hourly Level Experienced Position Type Full Time Job Shift Day Education Level High School Travel Percentage Up to 25%DescriptionWhat You'll Do:Full-Cycle RecruitmentManage the end-to-end recruitment process: intake with hiring managers, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across clinical, direct support, and administrative roles.Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft accurate, compelling job postings.Conduct initial phone screens, behavioral interviews, and coordinate Manager interview logistics.Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer-acceptance rate) to inform ongoing strategy.Recruitment Strategy DevelopmentContribute to the design of a new, modernized recruitment strategy for IAHD, including sourcing channels, employer branding, and candidate experience.Enhance utilization of Paycom applicant tracking system (ATS)Research and recommend best practices in recruitment for the intellectual/developmental disability services sector and comparable industries.Develop standardized recruitment workflows, templates, and interview guides to improve consistency and reduce time-to-fill.OnboardingOwn the new hire onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.Coordinate pre-employment requirements (background checks, credentialing, compliance documentation) in partnership with relevant departments.Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure consistent and welcoming onboarding experience across all roles and locations.Gather onboarding feedback and continuously improve the process.QualificationsEducational RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience; bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience; or master's degree with 1 year of related experience.Experience & SkillsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail and working knowledge of record-keeping.Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferredValid NYS driver's license and reliable and insured vehicle requiredKnowledge of government regulations & legal requirements pertaining to Human Resources or similar regulatory environmentAbility to utilize and learn new technology platformsExcellent interpersonal skillsWhat IAHD OffersCompetitive SalaryFull Health Coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx)Agency-paid Life, Short- & Long-Term Disability Insurance403(b) Retirement Plan with Financial GuidanceGenerous PTO: Vacation, Sick, Personal & HolidaysAflac Voluntary Benefits + Wellness IncentivesPre-tax Commuter BenefitsPSLF-eligible Employer (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)Access to EAP & Exclusive Employee Discount ProgramsTuition Reimbursement upon completion of two years of employmentLocation: Westchester County, will be required to visit all IAHD as necessarySchedule : Full-Time Monday - Friday 9am-5pmVaccination : Must be fully vaccinated (COVID-19)Join IAHD's mission to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives.
