Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) responsible for providing therapy services in a travel setting. Responsibilities: Develop and implement treatment plans, perform patient evaluations, deliver hands-on treatments, document progress, and collaborate with a supportive team to help patients regain mobility and independence. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, active Kentucky PT license, and at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred. Must have SSN, DOB, and one reference. Travel experience is a plus. Key Duties: Provide outpatient therapy, develop treatment strategies, perform assessments, document patient progress, and work closely with team members to ensure quality care.
