Director of Customer Experience & AI Innovation

onX seeks a Director, Customer Experience to guide a 40‑person CX team and elevate it into a world‑class product differentiator as we scale. This role oversees delivery, systems, customer insights, and self‑service experiences, reporting to the COO.
