Job Description & Requirements

Minimum Experience: 2+ years LTC experience REQUIRED & 1 completed contract (preferred) Travel experience strongly preferred

Charting Experience: EPIC strongly preferred

Required Skillset: Worked in LTC/Assisted Living and Rehab

Skilled Nursing Facility

Patient Ratio: 1:10 in Rehab & 1:24 LTC/Assisted Living (with CNA assistance of 1:10 ratio)
