Case Manager RN, PRN

Harrison County Hospital is seeking to hire an RN Case Manager. This position is PRN (as needed), days, 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday. The Case Manager is responsible for coordination of patient care with the appropriate members of the healthcare team with the organizations mission, goals and objectives in mind. Education/Experience Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred Minimum of five (5) years previous nursing experience in a variety of settings required Two years previous management experience required Knowledge of health care financial system required Skills Computer operations skills Time management skills Self-motivated and self-directed Multi-task capability Ability to plan and implement new programs Excellent communication skills Analytical and problem solving skills Tact and diplomacy in dealing with others Effective resource management skills Ability to teach other #J-18808-Ljbffr Harrison County Hospital
