As a Busser/Server Assistant, you'll ensure tables are turned quickly and the restaurant maintains top-notch cleanliness, supporting our servers and bartenders.Responsibilities:Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests.Collaborate with servers and bartenders, assisting with service flow and promptly addressing guest needs.Maintain overall restaurant cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere, focusing on floor, table, and restroom upkeep.Show attention to detail, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.Work quickly and efficiently to turn tables during peak dining times, accommodating new parties.Offer support during busy periods, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Qualifications:Must be 16 years or older.Previous experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are valued.Passion for providing exceptional service and a customer-focused attitude.Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, turning tables promptly.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Evening shifts typically begin at 4:30 or 5:00.Perks and Benefits:Pay rate starts at $5/hr plus tips.
