Senior Bi DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI Developer with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and Data Engineering. The successful candidate will design and develop advanced dashboards, reporting solutions, and data pipelines. This role involves collaborating across multiple teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize performance, and support enterprise analytics initiatives.Required Skills & QualificationsApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W210 years of experience in Power BI, Tableau, and SQLExpertise in designing advanced Tableau dashboards and optimizing performanceStrong experience in Power BI architecture, DAX, Power Query, and report sharing strategiesHands-on experience with Azure BI stack, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, SSAS, ADLS, Azure Data Lake Analytics, and Azure Stream AnalyticsProficiency in data modeling, schema design, and ETL processesStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred Skills & QualificationsProficiency in PythonExperience with Looker and Dynamics 365Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and TableauImplement advanced data modeling, DAX calculations, and performance optimization for BI solutionsBuild and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks for data transformation and integrationDevelop and deploy SSAS tabular models, manage data security, and optimize query performanceIntegrate dashboards into applications and ensure compliance with security standardsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document specifications, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectivesProvide support for BI tools and resolve issues within defined SLACompany Benefits & CultureInclusive and diverse work environmentOpportunities for professional development and growthComprehensive benefits package
