HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this dedicated Class A driving opportunity. This role requires dependable drivers who can safely manage regional delivery routes, handle unload responsibilities efficiently, and maintain strong delivery performance while operating across multi-state freight lanes throughout the Southeast and surrounding regions. HireNow Disqualifier: Candidates with jumpy or inconsistent work history will not be accepted or interviewed. Key Responsibilities Operate CDL A sleeper trucks safely across dedicated regional routes Deliver dry freight while maintaining schedule consistency and freight integrity Hand-unload freight using rollers at delivery locations Complete approximately 3 loads weekly with multi-stop deliveries Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations Maintain accurate ELD logs, mileage reporting, and transportation documentation Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, and operational concerns Adhere to all company safety standards and federal transportation regulations Maintain professionalism and operational efficiency during assigned delivery schedules Required Qualifications (Highly Important) Valid CDL A license Proven regional or dedicated route driving experience Ability to hand-unload freight using rollers Strong DOT compliance and safety history Ability to manage multi-stop delivery routes efficiently Strong attendance, time management, and route planning abilities Stable and consistent employment history Must reside within required hiring radius: Shelby, NC (within 120 miles) Lexington, KY (within 50 miles) Roanoke, VA (within 25 miles) Knoxville, TN (within 50 miles) Chattanooga, TN (within 50 miles) Authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Valued) Dedicated or regional freight experience Experience with touch freight and roller unload operations Familiarity with Southeast regional freight lanes Clean driving and inspection history Experience utilizing electronic logging devices (ELDs) Strong communication and delivery coordination skills HireNow Disqualifiers Jumpy or unstable employment history Poor driving or safety record No CDL A license Lack of dedicated or regional route experience DOT compliance violations or serious infractions Inability to perform unload responsibilities Failure to meet hiring radius requirements HireNow Checklist HireNow Staffing is recruiting candidates who align with the following: Active CDL A license with strong safety record Regional or dedicated route driving experience Comfortable handling touch freight unload responsibilities Strong DOT compliance and inspection awareness Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused mindset Comfortable operating sleeper trucks and multi-stop routes Strong communication and accountability standards Stable work history demonstrating consistency and professionalism HireNow Standout Candidates Drivers with dedicated account experience Professionals experienced in Southeast regional freight operations Drivers with strong safety bonus and inspection history CDL A operators experienced in unload freight environments Candidates with long-term transportation tenure and route consistency HireNow Package Compensation: Average Weekly Pay: $1,649 Top Weekly Pay: $1,955 Average Annualized Earnings: $85,769 Top Annualized Earnings: $101,702 Work Locations: Shelby, NC (within 120 miles) Lexington, KY (within 50 miles) Roanoke, VA (within 25 miles)Knoxville, TN (within 50 miles) Chattanooga, TN (within 50 miles) SOLO Driver Position Home Weekly (34-hour reset Fri/Sat or Sat/Sun) Approximately 1,100 Miles Weekly 3 Loads Per Week 3 Stops Per Load Hand-Unload Freight with Rollers Mileage Pay Stop Pay Routes Include: South Carolina North Carolina Georgia Alabama Kentucky Ohio Equipment: Automatic Transmission 53' Dry Van Trailers Benefits Include: Weekly home time Consistent dedicated freight Stable full-time opportunity Dedicated regional route structure Performance-based compensation opportunities HireNow Staffing Disclaimer HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this role.
