Customer Service Representative

Start Date: November 16, 2026

Location: Tempe, AZ 85284

Work Arrangement: On-Site

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Duration: 6 Months

Shift Information

• Must be available 7 days per week between 5:00 AM 10:00 PM
• Assigned set schedule within those hours
• Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (4 weeks)

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle inbound customer calls and follow-up calls in a high-volume call center environment.
• Assist customers with prior authorizations, healthcare-related inquiries, and confidential information.
• Navigate multiple systems while accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience (within the last 2-3 years).
• Strong customer service, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM and navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Healthcare, medical customer service, or pharmacy-related experience is highly preferred.
• Stable work history with demonstrated reliability and tenure.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
