Job Title
Operate and maintain advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Monitor production processes and adjust equipment or workflows to meet quality specifications.
Assist in troubleshooting issues with manufacturing processes, diagnosing faults, and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements and maintain production schedules.
Ensure adherence to cleanroom standards and safety regulations.
Maintain detailed documentation of operations, including compliance with security protocols.
Associate degree or Technical degree in Electronics, Microelectronics, or a related field; or equivalent military or professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a microelectronics manufacturing environment, preferably in a secure or defense related facility.
Familiarity with semiconductor processing equipment and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Must be a US citizen and able to obtain necessary security clearances.
