Columbus, OH (Hybrid | Tuesday–Thursday Onsite) Are you passionate about creating engaging retail environments that bring brands to life? We're looking for an experienced Retail Store Designer to join a collaborative Store Design team supporting innovative retail projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on new store concepts, layouts, fixtures, and customer experiences while partnering with cross-functional teams from concept through construction. Location: Columbus, OH Pay: 45.71/Hour Schedule: Hybrid (In-office Tuesday–Thursday) Hours: 40 hours per week Equipment: Company laptop provided What You'll Do Develop retail store designs including floor plans, storefront elevations, and layout concepts. Create designs that align with established brand guidelines and design standards. Generate innovative concepts for store architecture, fixtures, lighting, and space planning. Prepare material takeoffs and communicate revisions with Construction teams. Review construction drawings to ensure design intent is maintained. Present design concepts to leadership and incorporate feedback. Review landlord site information and consultant drawings. Collaborate with purchasing and construction teams to resolve design-related questions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design , or equivalent experience. 2–5 years of retail design experience in a corporate environment or design consultancy. Strong portfolio showcasing relevant retail design projects (portfolio/work samples required with application). Proficiency with: AutoCAD Adobe Acrobat Microsoft Office What We're Looking For Retail design experience with a strong understanding of customer-focused spaces.
