Right to hire with no penalty after 13 week assignment completed. Late Cancellation of Shift by Client Affiliate or HealthTrust: Cancelled during a shift or upon arriving to the Client Affiliate facility for Per Diem Staff – pay Subcontractor for the greater of the number of hours worked or 4 hours.
