Manage team of inside sales reps, conduct training/development - Responsible for order intake and order processing for production and provide customer service for affiliate business units.PRIMARY FUNCTION/POSITION REVIEW• Full EPCO Order Management Center directly reports to this position• Develop and maintain KPIs related to order intake, lead-time, on-time delivery, shipment volume, sales volume (bookings). Monthly & Periodic reporting.• Onboarding of new hires, creating training materials, conduct training• Conducts recurring 1:1 meetings with individual inside sales representatives.• Keeps team up to date on product and code requirements • Motivates team and ensures tasks are being completed and quotas are being met• Provides daily direction and communication to employees so that customer requests are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
