Senior FP&A Manager - International

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join their finance team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving financial planning, performance management, and decision support across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of corporate FP&A and business partnering experience in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on financial performance, risks, and opportunities
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization
• Oversee financial reporting and performance analysis, delivering actionable insights to drive business decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to support key operational and financial initiatives
• Monitor and manage financial performance across business units, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Build and develop financial models to support strategic planning and scenario analysis
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency through automation and best practices
• Support executive-level presentations and reporting deliverables
• Assist with ad hoc analyses and strategic projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related function
• Prior leadership or people management experience preferred
• Experience working with financial planning tools (Adaptive Insights or similar strongly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and partner across functions
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
