What You’ll Be Doing As a Toledo Warehouse Key Leader, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and supporting warehouse team members to ensure daily goals are met. Assisting with inventory management and organization of overstock merchandise. Ensuring safety protocols are followed during all warehouse activities. Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs. independently as part of daily tasks. Helping maintain a clean, efficient, and well‑organized warehouse environment. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, here’s what you’ll need: Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a warehouse or similar environment. Physical Requirements: The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on your own. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
