NOW HIRING: Customer Service & Sales Coordinator - $19/hr - Lynn Haven, FL

Location: Lynn Haven, FL

Pay: $19 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 Hours Per Week

Additional Requirement: One Saturday per Month

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service & Sales Coordinator for a long-term opportunity with a growing industrial company in Lynn Haven, FL. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and can effectively manage multiple priorities throughout the day.

Responsibilities :

Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate and schedule jobs to ensure smooth daily operations
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Work closely with warehouse and field personnel to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist with inside sales activities and customer follow-up
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Help oversee workflow and support a team of 3-4 employees

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience required
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Comfortable working in a warehouse office environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Inside sales experience is a PLUS
