Contract Duration: 12 months with possible extension options Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM | Full-time, 40 hours per week (no weekends/holidays) Requirements: Active, unrestricted Dental License in any U.S. state or territory. DEA registration (if required for controlled substances). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Graduation from an accredited dental school (DDS or DMD).
