Compensation

$100,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Our agents are provided with the opportunities, support, and systems needed to build a highly successful business. Income potential is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and execution.

$100,000 - $150,000+ at plan commission

• Guide buyers and sellers through the home buying and selling process
• Follow up with leads using our proven CRM systems and scripts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Host open houses and community events to generate new business
• Manage contracts, negotiations, and transaction timelines
• Participate in team trainings, coaching calls, and accountability meetings
• Provide excellent customer service throughout every transaction

• Active Florida Real Estate License (or currently pursuing licensing)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow proven systems
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
