Gentle Dental is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established Skyline practice in Salem, Oregon.

This is a unique opportunity to practice in a predominantly fee-for-service environment, allowing you to focus on comprehensive, relationship-based dentistry while maintaining a high level of clinical autonomy. With fewer insurance-driven limitations, you‘ll have the opportunity to provide the care you believe is best for your patients while building long-term trust and treatment acceptance.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Oregon dental license (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
• Current CPR certification
