Procurement Analyst

DutiesHelpProvide procurement management decision support such as preparation of trend analyses for areas such as workload and quality of documentation to determine levels of increase/decrease for resource management assessments.Oversee Division business operations requirements for data calls; policy and compliance; system administrator for acquisition business systems and other eCommerce systems, and the Government Purchase Card (GPC) program.Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, setting, and adjusting short-term priorities, and preparing schedules for completion of work.Assist in planning, developing, and establishing strategy for the overall Division acquisition program in support of the USACE, LRD, and District's Missions.Ensure policy/regulations are being communicated as changes occur.
