THE ROLE

Wellgineering is hiring a Product Manager (Associate Level) to join our growing team. This individual will be employed by Wellgineering and will spend their time on product initiatives supporting Wellness Care’s platform ecosystem spanning telehealth, care management, patient engagement, and operational tooling. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in medical applications who communicates with precision and confidence in writing and in person. You will work closely with Wellgineering Engineering, Wellness Care Operations, and cross‑functional leadership to translate complex clinical and business needs into clear, executable product requirements. THIS is not a project tracking role. It is a product ownership seat inside a fast‑moving, healthcare‑regulated technical environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Product Planning & Execution Drive roadmap planning and help prioritize initiatives based on clinical impact and business value across Wellness Care platforms Write clear, detailed product requirements (PRDs) and user stories tailored to medical application workflows Collaborate with Wellgineering engineers to define and validate acceptance criteria for healthcare‑specific features Lead sprint planning participation and backlog grooming sessions Track feature delivery and ensure every release aligns with original requirements and compliance standards Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Wellness Care Operations, Clinical Teams, and Wellgineering Leadership to surface and prioritize product needs Translate clinical workflows and operational pain points into structured product improvements Deliver exceptional written communications — status reports, release notes, requirement docs, and executive summaries Present product updates verbally with confidence to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders across both organizations Gather feedback from Wellness Care clinicians, care coordinators, and end users to continuously inform the roadmap Product Quality & Optimization Define and track success metrics for product features, including clinical usability and operational efficiency Monitor feature performance post‑release and proactively flag areas needing improvement Lead user acceptance testing coordination with Wellness Care teams prior to production releases Identify workflow gaps and inefficiencies across Wellness Care’s platforms and propose data‑driven solutions

Written communications, plans, requirements, etc. that set the standard for precision and professionalism across both organizations Strong, trusted working relationships between Wellgineering product, engineering, and Wellness Care operations. Establishing yourself as the point person these groups can count on to execute. Growing ownership of roadmap areas within 6–12 months

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

2–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a closely related role Real world project experience working with medical applications, EHR systems, telehealth platforms, or health IT products — this is required, not a plus Delivery of HIPAA compliant features Hands on experience leading product design requests, requirements gathering and sprint planning Excellent written communication skills: you produce polished, structured, unambiguous documentation Excellent verbal communication skills: you present clearly and hold a room — whether it’s a daily standup or an executive review Applied knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical terminology, or regulated industry environments Comfortable navigating technical conversations with software engineers Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, working in continuous deployment flow a plus Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or equivalent Documentation oriented, Detail‑oriented, extremely organized, and compliance focused by default

NICE TO HAVE

Experience with API‑based platform products in a medical or SaaS context Prior work supporting digital health products through a full product lifecycle Certifications: CSPO, PMP, or healthcare IT credentials such as CPHIMS
