Job Description Primary Duties Coordinates MSW Online practicum placement processes, including securing sites, onboarding field instructors, tracking student placements, and ensuring compliance with CSWE field education standards Teaches graduate-level social work courses and/or practicum seminars in the Online MSW program, including syllabus development, instruction, and evaluation of student learning Advises and supports MSW Online students regarding practicum readiness, professional development, and field-related concerns in coordination with the MSW Program Coordinator and Practicum Coordinators Prepares and maintains accreditation, assessment, and documentation related to field education and Online MSW program quality (CSWE, institutional reporting, and program review) Ancillary Duties Participates in departmental service, recruitment, outreach, and community engagement activities related to the Online MSW program Minimum Qualifications

- Master of Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited institution
- Ability to teach and engage students in online and asynchronous learning environments
- Knowledge of social work field education and practicum requirements
- Ability to coordinate with community agencies and field instructors
- Ability to assess student learning and professional readiness
- Minimum two years of post-MSW professional social work experience
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Colorado
- Knowledge of CSWE field education standards
- Experience teaching in online or hybrid environments
- Experience coordinating field education or practicum programs
- Experience working with diverse and nontraditional learners
- Experience in social work supervision, field instruction, or practicum coordination
