The Confirmation Specialist at WinChoice plays a vital role in ensuring our appointments are accurately confirmed and scheduled, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational success. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to develop communication and organizational skills within a dynamic team environment.

• Contact customers using approved scripts to confirm appointment details and set expectations
• Build rapport with customers through confident, friendly, and professional communication
• Verify mileage requirements and ensure leads meet company criteria
• Schedule appointments with the appropriate representatives in our system
• Maintain accurate updates and notes in Salesforce and other systems
• Perform multiple confirmation calls daily, including 24-hour appointment confirmations
• Collaborate with team members to improve show rates and enhance the customer experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with Google Maps or similar tools
• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
• Ability to quickly learn new software and tools
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
