Obstetrics And Gynecology Physician Opportunity
Our affiliate, Lifeline Medical Associates, is looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their prestigious Women's Health Care Center in West Long Branch, NJ. Join a compassionate group who provide a team approach to patient care. Every member of our staff is focused on making the patient experience in our offices individualized and meaningful. Experienced physicians and residents are encouraged to apply!
Practice Highlights:
- 6 physicians, 3 nurse midwives
- 3 practice locations in West Long Branch, Lakewood, and Middletown
- Monmouth Medical Center is one of the largest community academic centers, and an affiliate of RWJBH, with a level 3 NICU, robotics for GYN surgical procedures, and women's health subspecialists
- Established practice that has built up a solid patient base over 30 years
- Office patient census: ~25-30/day
- Strong balance of both OB and GYN - will perform about 10-15 deliveries per month with about a half day per week of GYN surgery
- Teaching is available through the hospital residency program
- Great work/life balance
- 1 in 5 call schedule with 1 in 5 weekend call coverage
- Excellent compensation and benefits
- Top of specialty potential earnings if partnership is pursued
- 4 weeks of vacation to start, 5 weeks in year 2, and 6 weeks in year 3
- Relocation and sign on bonus of $30k, plus $30k retention bonus after 1 year
- Eligible for partnership after 3 years of tenure in the practice
