Experience with hardware, software, and/or firmware integration. Leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex projects. Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft products. Preferred Qualifications Prime hardware design experience. Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers. Experience with equipment rack assembly, cable/joinery installation, and electronics maintenance. Experience guiding teams through troubleshooting processes. Knowledge of model‑based systems engineering (MBSE) and Doors or Agile development methodologies. Responsibilities Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle from requirements definition through development, integration, to delivery. Lead troubleshooting and failure investigation activities to achieve Manufacturing Verification Testing (MVT). Define and generate requirements, statements of work, and verification plans to improve yield. Lead teams to define and monitor hardware obsolescence throughout the contract. Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Firmware Engineers, Test Equipment, and Production Test Engineers. Define project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements, ensuring adherence to program milestones. Oversee design, development, and systems integration activities within production facilities to support transition to production (TTP). Manage risk identification, mitigation strategies, and resolution of technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high‑performing team environment. Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating project status, risks, and opportunities effectively. Support proposal development and planning activities for future projects related to the value stream. Attend Change Control Boards (CCBs) and approve system changes. Security Clearance Active and transferable U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance required before the start date. Compensation Salary range: $132,400 USD – $251,600 USD.
