Compensation: Earn Based on Your Performance

• $82,000–$92,000+ potential annual earnings

Role & Responsibilities

You'll connect with local business owners and decision-makers to learn about their payment processing needs and present relevant solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers.
• Learning about merchants' existing payment processing arrangements.
• Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve business operations.
• Presenting payment processing and business technology solutions tailored to each business.
• Building long-term relationships with merchants and business clients.
• Finding new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development.
• Working with Avera Payments' leadership and support teams to help deliver a positive merchant experience.

This is an outside sales role that combines relationship building, business development, prospecting, and consultative selling.

Position Details

• Job type: 1099 independent contractor.
• Schedule: Flexible full-time or part-time.
• Compensation: Uncapped commission, residual commissions, bonuses, and incentives.
• Potential annual earnings: $82,000–$92,000+; not guaranteed.
• Work environment: Approximately 90% field-based and 10% remote.
• Hours: Primarily daytime business hours, Monday–Friday.
• Travel: Local travel within your assigned territory.
• Weekends: No nights or weekends required.
