Crew Member

Must have excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with crew.

Includes:

  • taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system
  • making food and smoothies
  • prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing
  • stocking and clean-up

Must have reliable transportations, ability to provide unparalleled hospitality to our customers, and ability to multi-task.

Requirements - Physical:

  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the day
  • Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
  • Face to face interactions with customers and other crew members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients for food and smoothies
  • Assemble and serve fresh food and smoothies prepared to caf standards
  • Set up and monitor food and smoothie work stations
  • Clean kitchen, dining areas, restrooms and any other areas of the caf
  • Operate the register, take customer orders, accurately handle cash
  • Deliver "Unparalleled Hospitality" to each customer that visits the caf
  • Any additional tasks as necessary
