If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Administrative Services organization.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Administrative Services leadership and other key stakeholders to develop and execute Administrative Services strategy and priorities aligned with the broader Administrative and Office Experience (AOE) vision, including service delivery, technology adoption, and future-state support modelsServe as a strategic advisor to functional leaders, building trusted relationships to understand business priorities, align Administrative Services capabilities and support strategies, proactively develop solutions that enable business outcomes, and drive continuous improvement through innovative support models and operational best practicesManage and prioritize business initiatives, support requests, and operational needs by assessing complexity, urgency, capacity, risk, and business impact to drive effective resource allocation, governance, and service delivery decisionsAssess and address evolving business and operational needs through strategic planning, workforce planning, financial management, performance management, and technology-enabled solutions; establish oversight of service standards, capacity, risk, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with organizational objectivesOversee complex projects, organizational initiatives, and change management efforts by developing communication strategies, anticipating business impacts, and guiding stakeholders through operational, organizational, and service model changesLead innovation, process improvement, and support model optimization efforts, leveraging onshore, offshore, specialized, and technology-enabled resources to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality; coach and develop geographically dispersed teams while serving as a change agent and champion of AOE and Administrative Services strategyAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum seven years of recent experience in business, management, and administrative services, including people, operational, and financial management; prior leadership experience managing teams and supporting complex business operationsBachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university is requiredPossess strong skills in strategic planning, situational assessment, problem solving, and negotiation; ability to influence decisions, manage risk, lead change, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders; previous experience with offshore engagement/managementProven ability to collaborate with organizational leadership on strategy development, workforce planning, resource allocation, and execution of business and change management initiatives; experience driving process improvements, service delivery enhancements, and organizational prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills; capability to lead high-performing teams, develop talent, manage competing priorities, and effectively communicate with all levels of the organizationApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
